Collectible Westinghouse Automatic Stainless Steel Vacuum Coffee Maker with Cord, 8 - 10 cups, glass filter rod.

The Carafe comes in at 8" tall and overall, both pieces come in at 14" tall.  The knob does push in and out - plug the item into the wall socket and it heats up SUPER fast.
It percolates quickly and the stainless steel sides do become very hot.  Be sure and press down firmly the top bowl to the bottom to establish a good seal.
Once you hear the vacuum process begin and it's percolating away you may be tempted to pull the plug.  But give the unit time for it to do it's job and the coffee slowly filters down.  Push/pull the button to keep the coffee hot.
It carries very little grounds into the pouring carafe.
The perforated lid fits quite tightly and the coffee flows from the slits when poured.
It's very well balanced and handsome - even if you never actually use it - and, only display it.
