This is a lot of 2 Vintage
Fantastic And Fabulous one of a kind straw Popotillo art portraits by famous Mexican artist F. L. Olay of a Mexican Farmer and traveling workers/farmers.  On the back of one of the frame on the back is stamped Feb. 2, 1963.
Felipe Olay comes from the famous Olay family of artists, in Mexico.
Their work is renowned for it's technical excellence, composition, and originality.
The Olay family ran their own shops, featuring the beautiful straw mosaics, in Mexico City.
Felipe Olay painted with watercolors and oils, but is best known for his straw mosaics.
Each Image size is approx. 9" by 7", framed - 14.5" by 12".
Some age/use wear on frames and a scuff on the glass of the farmer holding the rooster...see photos. The matting and pictures appear to be in excellent condition.
The glass appears to be non glare.
